Anna’s years of experience as a television producer have honed her ability to think quickly and make informed decisions while thoroughly investigating subjects to get to the heart of a story. These journalistic principles, paired with her natural creative talent for visual storytelling, shape the kind of filmmaker she is today, and the way she leads Sandy Dog Productions.

Left Behind is my directorial debut as an independent filmmaker.
The majority of my career I spent at ABC News—as a Producer at Good Morning America, ABC News’ long-form unit, and Peter Jennings Reporting. Producing compelling, character-driven stories with passion and integrity.
My credits include Emmy Award-winning The Gun Fight, an inside look at the National Rifle Association, as well as The American Game, The Century and The Beatles Anthology. As a producer on the six-part series In the Jury Room, I spent months in the field covering murder trials and combing through hours of footage to develop an intriguing story line, which culminated in a prime time six-hour series aired on ABC News.
I reside in New York with my husband, two children, and our sandy dog.

The name Sandy Dog Productions is inspired by our dear labradoodle, Otis, who lived life to the fullest.
His head out the window looking at the world around him, pure joy and exuberance, feeling the thrill of simply doing what he loved most, in his case trips to the beach, and getting very sandy!
He reminds me to explore and experience life with an open heart and mind.
